考虑到上面的讨论，我认为：

权衡上面的两个方面，我认为：

第一：that not until we realize the importance of 主题词///thefact that+主题句andput it into practice，can we foster/cultivate/nurtureit deliberately and (可以省略)makea better progress.
（正面类）直到我认识到主题词的重要性/某个事实的重要性，并且把它付诸实践，我们才可以进一步取得进步。

第二：that notuntil we realize the severity of主题词///thefact that+主题句and take active counter measures, canwe foster a complete stop to this problem and make a better progress.（负面类）
直到我们认识到主题词的重要性或者某个事实，我们才能够完全阻止这个问题并且做出更好的进步。

第三：that, althoughit is hard to reach a consensus among the public on this issue, theadvantages of 主题词outweigh its disadvantages.(争议类)虽然很难关于这个事情在公众当中达成一致，但是我认为主题词的好处大于坏处。
